Abstract

Abstract. This work is dedicated to analyzing the psychological aspects of the constructive activities of forensic service employees, with a focus on key elements that define the effectiveness and quality of their professional work. The relevance of the article is driven by the need to scrutinize the aspects of constructive activities of a forensic expert. In the contemporary judicial context, where justice and objectivity of decisions play a critical role, understanding the psychological peculiarities of forensic experts becomes exceedingly important. The purpose of this research is a thorough analysis of psychological factors influencing the ability of forensic experts for objective assessment of materials provided for research and making scientifically grounded decisions within the framework of forensic expertise. The paper thoroughly examines the psychological processes that arise during forensic expertise and affect the quality of forensic conclusions. The results of the theoretical analysis provide a profound understanding of the psychological processes influencing the work of expert services. The research is based on the theoretical analysis of psychological aspects of judicial work, including the consideration of psychological processes affecting the objectivity and constructiveness of forensic experts. Theoretical methods of analysis and synthesis are employed. The results of the theoretical analysis reveal important aspects of the psychological characteristics of forensic experts, their impact on constructive activities, and ways to improve the quality of conclusions. The scientific novelty of this research lies in the analysis of internal psychological processes of forensic experts aimed at achieving objectivity and constructiveness in their work. The study traces important moments affecting the decision-making by experts and can enhance the professional activities of forensic experts. The practical significance lies in the possibility of using the acquired knowledge to increase the level of psychological readiness of forensic service employees for the challenges of their professional activities. The results of this research can serve as a basis for further empirical studies and the development of practical programs to enhance the professional efficiency of experts in the context of their psychological training.
