Psychological Aspects of the Use of Tactical Interrogation Techniques during the Investigation of the Technology of Criminal Enrichment
Abstract
Abstract. The article analyzes the complexes of tactical techniques of different levels of direction, aimed at overcoming the conflict situation of interrogation during the investigation of legalization (laundering) of property received by an official in the form of illegal gain. The relevance of research in modern conditions is dictated by international norms and standards, which require the use of effective and sufficient methods of investigation of the outlined type of criminal enrichment technology. The purpose of the article is to carry out a theoretical and compilative analysis of tactical methods of emotional and logical influence on the interrogated person, with the aim of obtaining truthful testimony from him. The research methodology is determined by a number of methods of formal logic and special legal methods, in particular: comparative legal; systemic and structural; method of system analysis. The methodological toolkit was chosen in accordance with the specified goal, the specifics of the object and the subject of the study. Scientific novelty consists in the directed and expedient selection of scientific and practical publications on the topic of research, their analysis, which contributes to further work on the formation of tactics for conducting investigative (search) actions and overcoming the conflict of the investigative situation. The practical significance of the study is determined by the formation of a complex of tactical interrogation techniques during the investigation of the legalization (laundering) of property received by an official in the form of illegal benefits.
