Abstract

Abstract. In the conditions of a full-scale Russian intervention in 2022, the phenomenon of collaborative activity has acquired a significantly different meaning, given that the indicated issues require a detailed theoretical-legal and social-psychological analysis. Considered features of social and domestic and military and political collaborationism. Peculiarities of socio-domestic and military-political collaborationism are considered. Types of collaborationism that can pose a threat to national security and defense are analyzed. A legal analysis of the criminal legislation was carried out in relation to the new criminal offense – collaborative activity. The expediency of applying an individual approach to each case of collaborationism, a thorough study of its socio-psychological and legal foundations, which will make it possible to understand the psychology of collaboration with hostile institutions and to single out various forms of collaborative activity in order to correctly qualify such actions in the future, has been proven. It is argued that manifestations of collaborationism can be an indicator of internal political problems of state policy, the level of patriotism and legal awareness of the population, gaps in the protection of human and citizen rights, and also indicate the need to strengthen social and legal work with the population in order to prevent criminal acts. which by nature can be qualified as collaborative activity or treason and entail the imposition of sanctions in the form of deprivation of liberty.
