Specialities of the Research Methodology of the Property’s Questions

Abstract

In the article it is analyzed the main conceptual approaches to understanding of the essence of the research methodology of the property as a complicated and multifunctional system. The author studies the means, methods and logical organization of the gnosis of the philosophical, economical, legal, social, historical and cultural-moral bases of the property’s questions as a foundation of the formation of the political order of the democratic society. The question of understanding the essence and content of the concept «methodology» in the modern science is remained still discursive. Moreover, to our opinion the question related with definition of the formation principles of the arguments, terminology and rules of the conclusions which appear during the research of the complicated and multifunctional systems (including the question of the property), is not enough studied. So its understanding has to be formed under the many factors, and methodologal instruments of the research has to grounded on the base of the multilevel conception of the methodologal knowledge. In which case it is necessary to account that fact the process of property’s research as any another system has non linear methodology of the cognition, which is situated under the influence of the modern interdisciplinary scientific conceptions. It is offered conditionally to divide the methodological instruments of the research of the property’s questions on common exploratory and philosophical. In particular the philosophical practical methods, which reflects the specification of the research methodology of the definite parts of property’s system, are psychological, system approach, sociological, phenomenological, philosophical-economical, philosophical-cultural and moral, philosophical-political, philosophical-legal, philosophical-religious, philosophical-social etc.
