Fundamentals of Service Etiquette in the Work the Employee of the State Penal Service of Ukraine

Abstract
In this article defined certain rules of behavior, moral values, obligations and principles of Service (work) of the personnel of the State Criminal-Executive Service of Ukraine, professional and ethical requirements in the office, off-duty and anti-corruption behavior, a unity of beliefs and attitudes in the sphere of professional ethics and business etiquette, focused on professional and ethical standard of behavior, regulation of ethical problems in relations of personnel arising in the course of their joint activities, education of highly moral personality of the staff, which corresponds to the ethical norms and principles of human and professional ethics, interaction with public organizations, population, the prisoners taking into account the norms and principles of professional and ethical conduct. Professional activity of personnel of the State Criminal-Executive Service of Ukraine must contribute to the security of society by correcting the prisoners, preventing them from committing repeated criminal offenses, the formation of the state system of equitable justice and to reduce the number of persons held in prison. Be a of personnel of the State Criminal-Executive Service of Ukraine have equal rights of citizens of Ukraine who have reached 18 years of age, speak the state language, have full higher education on educational-qualification level of master, a specialist with no requirements for work experience, but after training on a specially designed curriculum, training and assessment, which confirms the level of training required to perform professional tasks. Professional activity of the personnel of the State Criminal-Executive Service of Ukraine should be based on strict observance of the constitutional principles and the rule of law. In the performance of official duties, the of personnel of the State Criminal-Executive Service of Ukraine must respect the rights and freedoms of the convict (prisoner) in accordance with domestic and international laws, knowing that man, his life and health, honor and dignity, inviolability and security are defined in Ukraine as the highest social value.Downloads
