In article on the basis of analyses of the scientific researches devoted to the problem of resocialization minor condemned, practice of such work, domestic experience of socially-pedagogical activity in establishments of the penitentiary system essence, maintenance and features of process of labour education, is exposed as facilities of resocialization minor condemned (experience of A.
