Defects politico-legal consciousness of modern youth

Abstract
The modern Ukrainian country to declare a clear desire to move in the direction of European values and standards of civil society. Development of society must be the law, but such can be considered as only one that speaks to their own citizens and their associations the right language. The above data are updated by the need for analysis of the stability of substantial components of the politico-legal consciousness of the most active part of our country – today’s youth. Characteristics of the political and legal consciousness of today’s youth is the result of a process of socialization in complex political and legal transformations in our state, which cause the occurrence of defects in their politico-legal consciousness, namely, alienation, the need for active participation, total self-apathy to political life, defect distorted picture of politics, lack of awareness of their own role in the management of political processes in the country, the revaluation of own capabilities in the legislative process. Analyzed the negative transformation of the political and legal consciousness of young people in our country suggest possible ways of overcoming them. Promising for this is the involvement in the subject field of study, the concept of politico-legal socialization.Downloads
